Shipping policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after 
receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging, with all seals intact
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns 
on products that have been opened, used, or tested. Once a product 
has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and 
where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first 
requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately 
at infoselinnne@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if 
you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and 
make it right.

Please include the following when reaching out:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used beauty and personal care products
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
- Gift cards
- Free promotional items

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the 
item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make 
a separate purchase for the new item.


EUROPEAN UNION — 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the 
right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving 
your item, for any reason and without justification, in accordance 
with EU consumer protection law.

However, please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, this right 
does NOT apply to beauty and personal care products that have been 
unsealed or used after delivery. Unopened products in their original 
sealed packaging may be returned within the 14-day period.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us at 
infoselinnne@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 
Your item must be returned in the same condition you received it — 
unused, unopened, with all seals intact, and in its original packaging. 
You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, 
and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, 
you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method 
within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card 
company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business 
days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact 
us at infoselinnne@gmail.com.


SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for 
returning your item, unless the item is defective, damaged, or 
incorrect (in which case Selinne will cover the return shipping).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For international returns (Canada and EU), please note that any 
customs duties, import taxes, or VAT paid at the time of delivery 
are not refundable by Selinne. These charges should be claimed back 
through your local customs office.
